Criteria for Services:
CAUSEWAY services are currently available for any recipient within La Crosse County who meets the following criteria:
- Individuals with a secure background check will be eligible for services
- Individual over the age of 60 are considered within the older individual/Elderly range
- Individual with qualifying doctor determined disability over the age of 18 are considered within the service range
- Individual diagnosed with cancer over the age of 18 are considered within the service range
- Individuals who live in La Crosse County are eligible. Residence can be a home, apartment, assisted living facility, group home, nursing home or under the care of another person, be it family or friend.
Causeway Caregivers Does Not Provide the Following Services:
- Mowing or Trimming Grass
- Help Packing, or Moving by Transporting Items from former to new locale
- Certain Electrical, Plumbing or Heat/AC Repairs
- Light Housekeeping
