You are welcome to attend as many Planning Sessions as needed.

Prepare your final wishes, ask questions of knowledgeable individuals, then provide copies to communicate wishes with family, friends or chosen representative.

    If you’ve attended before, remember to bring your Planning Folder. If this is your first session, you will receive a folder.
